Yes, I shoot other subjects besides athletes. One client, American Medical News, recognized I am capable of other things sometime last year and it’s been great working with them since. Just returned from an awesome, on so many levels, assignment in Pittsburgh; more details to come on that later. The purpose of this post is to simply show readers that though my passion is action and sports, my lighting, photography and documentary skills are easily applied to any assignment. The tearsheet below is from a recent assignment for the American Medical News.

damn, steve! that photo looks tight!! is that vignetting from the lighting or post processing?
